All appointments are online via Zoom

1. FEES

I do not charge for an initial consultation, however, when appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice, £50 will be charged for the next appointment.

All fees are to be paid in advance.

​

• I offer a complimentary consultation

• £100 per 1hr appointment (each appointment is 1hr)

• Fees are due no later than 24hrs of booking your appointment. Payment is confirmation of your appointment.

2. Cancellations/Non arrival 

You probably have a very good reason for having to cancel/miss the appointment, however that space has been reserved for you and cannot be filled so a £50 fee will be charged for a canceled or missed appointment if less than 24hrs notice is given.

3. Refunds

No refunds are given for appointments that have already taken place, appointments that have been missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

If you wish to cancel your appointment then 50% of your payment will be returned to you if more than 24 hours notice is given. 

 

4. Late or early arrival 

If you arrive early please wait online to be let in to the meeting session.

​

If you arrive late, I will offer you the best possible service with the remaining time, however the appointment will end at the agreed time with no adjustment to the fee.

5. Grantees

There are a number of complex factors influencing the success of individual therapy and whilst benefits are typically observed in the majority of cases, there can be no guarantee of success in relation to a cure or its treatment.
